Subscription Refund and Dispute Policy

Acknowledgment: By purchasing an annual subscription from Song Request Live, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following Policy.
1. All Sales Final; No Refunds Policy
We are confident in the value our service provides. Due to the nature of our digital subscription services, all sales for our annual subscriptions are final.
- No Exceptions: We do not offer full or pro-rata refunds, credits, or exchanges for annual subscription fees, including for unused portions of an annual term, changes of mind, or dissatisfaction not arising from a service defect.
2. Annual Subscription Cancellation & Automatic Renewal
Your annual subscription will automatically renew at the end of each annual billing cycle unless you cancel the auto-renewal at least 3 days before your next renewal date.
- How to Cancel Auto-Renewal: You can manage your subscription and cancel auto-renewal directly through your account settings page on our website (go to songrequestlive.com and login. Once logged in, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Manage your SRL subscription". From there, select the "Free" plan and submit the form).
- Access After Cancellation: If you cancel auto-renewal, you will maintain access to the service at the current subscription level until the end of your current, paid annual subscription period. No prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining time.
- After your subscription period: After your subscription period has lapsed (your paid subscription has completed the full paid year), your account will automatically revert to a free account, including all features available to a free account holder. Your account will not be terminated or deleted unless requested in writing (account email request is acceptable).
3. Handling of Disputes and Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns or issues before initiating a dispute or chargeback with their bank or payment provider (use our “Contact Us” form at the bottom of our songrequestlive.com web page).
- Valid Disputes: We will consider refund exceptions only in the event of documented billing errors (e.g., duplicate charge) or a proven major service failure that renders the service unusable, and only if we are unable to resolve the issue after a reasonable attempt.
- Invalid Reasons: Chargebacks initiated for reasons such as “buyer’s remorse,” failure to recognize the charge on a statement (when the billing name is clear), or not adhering to this policy may be disputed by our company, which could impact your account status.
