Privacy Notice

  • We don’t collect or sell your personal data for advertising.
  • Your song lists and related information are used only to provide Live Song Requests features.
  • If you close your account, we will delete your associated account data within a reasonable time, except where retention is required by law, for security, fraud prevention, backups, or dispute resolution.

User Agreement (Terms of Use)

By accessing or using Song Request Live (“SRL”, “we”, “us”, or “the service”), you agree to the terms below.

1) Service Availability & Changes

  • We reserve all rights to the app’s functions, features, content, availability, and operation.
  • The service may change, pause, be limited, or become unavailable at any time, with or without notice.

2) No Warranties (“As Is”)

  • We provide no warranties or guarantees whatsoever. You use the service “as is” and “as available”.
  • We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or meet your requirements.

3) Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for your use of the service and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account (including any login credentials).
  • You agree not to use the service for unlawful, abusive, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.

4) User Content (Song Lists & Related Info)

  • You retain ownership of any content you submit (including song lists, performer information, and related materials).
  • By submitting content, you grant SRL a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, host, store, process, and display your content only as needed to operate and provide the service.
  • You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit the content and that your content does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

5) Payments, Tips & Third-Party Services

  • SRL does not process payments or tips. Any payments or tips are handled through third-party providers (e.g., Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Zelle, or similar services).
  • We are not responsible for third-party services, including payment failures, disputes, reversals, refunds, chargebacks, delays, fees, outages, or transaction issues.
  • Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies.

6) Suspension & Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for abuse, misuse, suspected fraud, violation of these terms, or to protect the service or others.
  • We may also remove or disable access to content we reasonably believe violates these terms or applicable law.

7) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SRL and its owners, operators, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

  • your use of the service,
  • your content,
  • your violation of these terms, or
  • your violation of any law or third-party rights.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SRL’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid SRL in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

9) Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted within the app or on the applicable SRL webpage. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10) Governing Law & Venue

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to this agreement or the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in United States of America, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
